Pollux

How many of us want to study the mysteries of the ancients, but don't, out of neglect? How many wonderful and mysterious texts are out there which inspire and ground us, yet which slip us by? And how easy would it be to fill our free time with diligent study? For this breed of spiritual seeker, we present Pollux Printers, where we make small books of religious source texts, without lengthy introduction or commentary, for you to carry with you during daily life.

Pollux is the brother of Castor in Greek myth. In most stories, Castor is mortal while Pollux is immortal and the child of Zeus. The secret meaning of Pollux is that he is the soul or spirit of Castor, who together form one whole. This project is dedicated to the spiritual development of our readers, so that their souls may more easily reach the bright heavens, just as Pollux petitioned Zeus to allow Castor into the home of the deathless gods once his life had ended.
